The location is ideal, nestled where stunning views of the mountains unfold, providing a serene backdrop for a relaxing retreat. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were a pleasant surprise; perfect for a winter dip and excellent for families with a dedicated children's pool. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a decent variety of meals, catering well to different tastes. I appreciated the attentive staff who made us feel welcomed, enhancing our dining experience. The 24-hour reception was a plus, ensuring any queries were met with friendliness. While it's positioned as a luxury option, the thoughtful amenities-like complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, and laundry services-make it an appealing choice for budget-conscious travelers. The Diana offers a compelling balance of value and comfort.
